The Red Hat Amphitheater box office will open 30 minutes prior to THE RINK hours of operation listed below. On site ticket availability may vary based on demand.
We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets in advance, as there are only a limited number of timeslots available for each day.

We do recommend booking these tickets in advance, especially during peak hours. If you're interested in day of availability, visit the host stand when you're in the venue.

*Please note that only tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and our box office will receive an email. Tickets bought through avenues other than Ticketmaster or the box office may be counterfeit, not guaranteed or refunded in the event of a cancelation, or may include higher services charges.
Please note that we are a rain or shine venue. We will still open if there is a light rain. We do not offer refunds for weather unless the session has been canceled.
In the event of inclement weather, our social media pages will be updated regarding any changes or cancelations. Ticket purchasers will also receive an email with additional information regarding refunds.

Anyone can purchase tickets for our Sensory Friendly Sessions but we do want to note there are some changes for these sessions. These thoughtfully curated sessions provide a more comfortable and supportive experience by reducing common sensory triggers:
- Instrumental music will be played at a lower volume to minimize auditory overstimulation.
- Blinking lights will be turned off, while essential lighting remains on for safety.
- KultureCity sensory bags will be available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A designated quiet room will be available for those needing a break.
- Enhanced directional signage will be placed to provide clear guidance around the venue.
- TV screens will display static images with minimal or no movement to reduce visual distractions.
